Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of autocraft.sh, including AutoSketch, Autocraft Pro, related editors, workflow generation tools, websites, APIs, support channels, and any hosted outputs or services we make available through them.

By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a company, team, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and legally able to enter into a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and remain responsible for all activity that occurs through your account.

We may suspend or restrict access if account information is inaccurate, the account is used in a misleading or abusive way, or we reasonably believe the account has been compromised.

Autocraft helps users turn prompts, uploads, references, and product direction into generated layouts, workflows, interface drafts, style guidance, and code-oriented outputs. Some features rely on third-party AI, hosting, authentication, and billing infrastructure.

Generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for production without review. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and approving anything you use, publish, ship, or rely on through the service.

You retain ownership of the sketches, prompts, files, images, text, repositories, and other content you submit to the service, provided you have the rights needed to submit that content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, limited license to host, process, transmit, cache, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.

As between you and Autocraft, and subject to applicable law, third-party rights, and third-party provider terms, you retain rights we may have in generated output created for your account. We do not guarantee that output is unique, available for exclusive use, or free of third-party claims.

You may not use the service in a way that violates law, infringes rights, bypasses technical controls, or creates material risk for the platform, our users, or third parties.

Certain features require a paid subscription. Pricing, token allowances, rollover limits, and plan details are presented at checkout or on the billing page in effect at the time of purchase. Paid access automatically renews by default unless you cancel before the next billing date.

Included AI tokens are provided for use within the applicable billing period and may expire, reset, or be capped according to the plan limits displayed by the service. Tokens have no cash value, are not transferable, and are not redeemable outside the service.

Payments may be processed by authorized third-party payment processors or merchant-of-record partners. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges, taxes, and any applicable currency conversion or processor fees. Except where required by law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy, fees are non-refundable.

We may add, remove, suspend, or modify features, limits, integrations, or pricing from time to time. We may also designate certain features as alpha, beta, preview, or experimental, and those features may be less stable, less supported, or subject to additional limits.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Scheduled maintenance, upstream provider outages, model changes, security responses, or technical failures may affect access or output quality.

You may stop using the service at any time and may cancel renewal through the billing tools made available in your account. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these terms, create risk for other users, fail to pay fees when due, or if continued access would expose us or our providers to legal, security, or operational harm.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions related to ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, disputes, and enforcement.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranty that output will be accurate, unique, secure, or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autocraft and its operators, affiliates, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, business interruption, or substitute service costs arising from or related to the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for all claims related to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose or one hundred U.S. dollars.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Autocraft and its operators, affiliates, personnel, licensors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted unless a later date is stated. Your continued use of the service after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
