Terms for building with Autocraft.

These terms define the relationship between you and Autocraft across product generation, project context, code output, BYOK, managed AI, billing, acceptable use, and service availability.

Effective August 8, 2026Governed by the laws of India

You keep control of your submitted content and code path.

Your content remains yours, and generated frontend output can be inspected and exported subject to applicable law and third-party rights.

BYOK and managed AI have different billing paths.

BYOK provider charges stay with your provider account; managed plans include bounded AI usage supplied through Autocraft.

Generated output still requires human review.

Autocraft accelerates frontend work, but you remain responsible for testing, security, correctness, rights clearance, and production decisions.

1. Scope

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of autocraft.sh and Autocraft, including its visual frontend workspace, dashboard, infinite canvas, editor, product-direction workflows, visual-system generation, sketch-to-code tools, project-wide context, workflow generation tools, Design Chat, Quick Edit, billing pages, websites, APIs, support channels, and any hosted outputs or services we make available through them.

Autocraft is operated under the Autocraft/autocraft.sh brand with contact email team@autocraft.sh. If a registered legal name, sole-proprietor name, or merchant identity is shown in Paddle checkout, invoices, receipts, or required transaction disclosures, that identity is part of the seller/operator information for the applicable transaction.

By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a company, team, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Eligibility And Accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and legally able to enter into a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and remain responsible for all activity that occurs through your account.

We may suspend or restrict access if account information is inaccurate, the account is used in a misleading or abusive way, or we reasonably believe the account has been compromised.

3. What The Service Does

Autocraft is a self-serve software platform focused on frontend product direction, interface generation, visual refinement, and exportable code. It can help users move from a business idea, prompt, sketch, upload, reference, or existing project context into product directions, visual systems, editable frontend pages, rendered previews, and code-oriented outputs.

Supported workflows may include generating multiple product directions from one business idea, creating a colour and typography system, generating an initial set of product pages, carrying project-wide context across later pages, converting sketches drawn directly on the canvas into frontend output, refining selected pages or components with Design Chat, making direct changes through Quick Edit, and exporting HTML or React code.

Autocraft does not provide custom human design, development, consulting, legal, financial, or agency services as part of the subscription unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

Generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, non-unique, or unsuitable for production without review. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, securing, and approving anything you use, publish, ship, or rely on through the service.

4. Your Content, Project Context And Output

You retain ownership of the business ideas, sketches, prompts, files, images, text, repositories, references, source code, brand materials, and other content you submit to the service, provided you have the rights needed to submit that content.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, limited license to host, process, transmit, cache, reproduce, transform, and display your content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service and to perform the workflows you request.

Project-wide context may include selected product directions, visual-system data, existing pages, interface patterns, attached references, media, previous product decisions, and other project information. You authorize Autocraft to process that context where reasonably necessary to maintain continuity across generation, refinement, validation, recovery, and related product workflows.

As between you and Autocraft, and subject to applicable law, third-party rights, and third-party provider terms, you retain rights we may have in generated output created for your account. We do not guarantee that output is unique, available for exclusive use, non-infringing, or free of third-party claims.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service in a way that violates law, infringes rights, bypasses technical controls, or creates material risk for the platform, our users, our providers, or third parties.

  • Do not upload, submit, generate, or distribute content that you do not have the right to use.
  • Do not use the service to create unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, exploitative, or harmful material.
  • Do not probe, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, circumvent, or interfere with the platform except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.
  • Do not attempt to access another user's account, data, subscription, provider credential, unpublished output, or project context.
  • Do not use the service to build or distribute malware, spam, abusive automation, credential theft, or systems designed to evade safety or usage controls.
  • Do not intentionally abuse rate limits, queues, managed AI credits, Free access, billing flows, recovery systems, or other technical safeguards.

6. AI Providers, BYOK And Managed AI

Some Autocraft features rely on third-party AI providers. Depending on the plan and workflow you choose, an AI-powered request may use a user-owned provider credential or Autocraft-managed provider access.

When you use BYOK, you authorize Autocraft to use the supported credential you configure for the requests you initiate. Provider usage and charges are governed by your agreement with that provider and are separate from the Autocraft platform subscription.

Eligible signed-in users may receive a one-time seven-day Free OpenAI BYOK trial. The continuous trial begins when an OpenAI key is successfully verified, has no Autocraft credit ceiling, and does not reset or pause when a key is removed, replaced, disabled, or reconnected. OpenAI usage and charges remain the user's responsibility.

When you use an Autocraft-managed AI plan, Autocraft supplies provider access and measures usage against the plan's included credits, limits, or other usage controls. Managed credits are service allowances only and are not cash, stored value, provider-token balances, or transferable property.

The model or provider used for a particular workflow may change over time. Autocraft may route different operations to different supported models or providers based on product quality, reliability, availability, cost, safety, or operational requirements.

Request data sent to an AI provider may include prompts, sketches, source code, generated code, selected components, existing pages, visual-system information, references, media, project context, and technical metadata reasonably necessary to perform the operation.

7. Plans, Free Access And Billing

Autocraft may offer BYOK and Autocraft-managed AI subscriptions. Current public pricing, included managed usage, execution priority, and plan details are shown on the pricing and checkout pages and may change for future purchases.

At the current public pricing structure, BYOK is offered as a lower-cost platform subscription for users who supply their own supported AI credential, while Plus and Pro are managed-AI plans with different included usage and execution priority. Provider charges on BYOK are billed separately by the connected provider.

Free access currently requires a valid user-provided OpenAI API key and provides one continuous seven-day trial of the complete Autocraft product. The trial has no Autocraft credit quota, but remains subject to per-user rate limits, task concurrency, maximum request budgets, fair-use safeguards, and lower queue priority than paid plans. After expiry, the credential may remain saved, but new AI execution requires a paid BYOK or managed-AI plan.

Autocraft may separately offer Instant Free or Connected Cloudflare access as limited, feature-gated programs. These programs are unavailable unless explicitly enabled by Autocraft, use fixed GLM-4.7-Flash routing, do not provide a higher Cloudflare mode, and may be delayed or unavailable during high demand without an uptime commitment.

Where Connected Cloudflare is offered, users may connect one Cloudflare account through OAuth and use AutoCraft against that account's Workers AI allocation. AutoCraft reports only usage sent through AutoCraft, cannot promise an externally remaining balance, does not authorize paid Cloudflare overage, and may pause work when Cloudflare reports provider exhaustion.

Free funding options are mutually exclusive for newly started work. Switching does not delete inactive credentials, reset source-specific balances, or change the provider and budget already attested to an in-flight request. OpenAI and Cloudflare remain independent third-party services governed by their own terms.

Paid access renews according to the billing period shown at checkout until cancelled. Payments for Paddle checkout transactions are processed by Paddle, our merchant-of-record provider. Paddle may handle payment processing, tax calculation, invoicing, subscription billing, fraud checks, payment recovery, cancellation support, and refund processing for those transactions. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges shown at checkout.

You may cancel your subscription from the billing controls made available to you or through the cancellation flow provided by Paddle. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund charges already processed unless required by law or approved under the applicable refund policy.

8. Usage Limits, Availability And Product Changes

Autocraft may apply reasonable operational, concurrency, queueing, rate, credit, storage, security, and abuse-prevention limits. These controls may vary by plan and may change where reasonably necessary to protect reliability, economics, users, or service providers.

We may add, remove, suspend, replace, or modify features, models, providers, integrations, workflows, interfaces, and technical implementations, subject to applicable law and the billing terms disclosed for the subscription.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Scheduled maintenance, upstream provider outages, model changes, security responses, third-party failures, deployment issues, or technical incidents may affect access, performance, generation speed, or output quality.

Beta, experimental, preview, or newly introduced features may be changed, limited, or withdrawn and may have additional defects or limitations.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and may cancel renewal through the billing tools made available to you.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these terms, create material risk for other users, fail to pay fees when due, abuse usage or billing systems, or if continued access would expose us or our providers to legal, security, financial, or operational harm.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions related to ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, disputes, and enforcement.

10. Disclaimers And Liability Limits

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranty that output will be accurate, unique, secure, production-ready, or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autocraft and its operators, affiliates, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, business interruption, or substitute service costs arising from or related to the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for all claims related to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose or one hundred U.S. dollars.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Indemnity, Governing Law, Updates And Contact

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Autocraft and its operators, affiliates, personnel, licensors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, provider changes, or operational changes. Updated terms become effective when posted unless a later date is stated. Where legally required, we will provide additional notice.

Your continued use of the service after the effective date of updated terms means you accept the updated terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Questions about these terms can be sent to team@autocraft.sh.

Operational clarity

Autocraft is a workspace, not a guarantee of production correctness.

The system can generate, transform, validate, recover, and export frontend work, but final responsibility for what gets shipped remains with the user.
