Refund Policy

This policy explains when subscription charges for Autocraft may be refunded and how token usage affects refund eligibility.

1. General Rule

Paid subscription fees for Autocraft are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where this Refund Policy expressly allows a refund.

We may approve a refund for the current subscription charge only when the request satisfies all eligibility conditions below and the account is in good standing.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund request is eligible only if both of the following conditions are met:

  • The request is initiated within 7 calendar days after the relevant subscription charge is successfully processed.
  • No more than 25% of the tokens included for that billing period have been exhausted at the time we review the request.

3. How Token Usage Is Measured

For refund review, we calculate usage against the token allocation associated with the billed subscription period. Usage includes tokens consumed by generation, workflow creation, style-guide generation, editor actions, or other product features that draw from the shared plan balance.

If token consumption exceeds 25% of the included allowance for the applicable period, the charge is not eligible for a refund, even if the request is made within 7 days.

4. Situations That Are Not Eligible

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations unless required by applicable law:

  • Requests submitted more than 7 calendar days after the charge.
  • Accounts that have used more than 25% of the included tokens for the relevant billing period.
  • Partial refunds for unused remaining tokens after the eligibility threshold has been crossed.
  • Disputes arising from user error, changed business needs, failure to cancel before renewal, or dissatisfaction with content that was available for review before use beyond the threshold.
  • Accounts suspended for fraud, abuse, policy violations, chargeback abuse, or misuse of the service.

5. How To Request A Refund

To request a refund, email team@autocraft.sh from the address linked to your account and include your subscription email, date of charge, transaction reference if available, and a short explanation of the request.

We may ask for additional information reasonably needed to verify ownership of the account, confirm the transaction, and assess token usage against this policy.

6. Review And Processing

If a request is approved, we will attempt the refund through the original payment method or through the payment processor used for the charge. Processing times after approval depend on the payment provider and financial institution and may take several business days.

Cancellation of a subscription stops future renewals but does not itself guarantee a refund for charges already processed. This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service.
