This policy explains how refund requests are handled across Autocraft subscriptions, BYOK plans, managed AI plans, renewals, and Paddle-processed transactions.
Eligible refund requests must generally be initiated within 14 calendar days of the relevant successful subscription charge.
Autocraft can review the platform subscription charge, but direct AI-provider charges on BYOK accounts are not collected or refunded by Autocraft.
Where applicable law or Paddle policy provides greater protection than this policy, those rights take precedence.
Paid subscription fees for Autocraft are generally non-refundable except where required by law, Paddle policy, or where this Refund Policy expressly allows a refund.
Refund requests for Paddle-processed transactions are handled through Paddle and are subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms, Paddle's refund handling, applicable law, and this product refund policy. Where Paddle's policy, applicable consumer law, or mandatory buyer rights provide greater protection, those rights apply.
We may approve a refund for the current subscription charge only when the request satisfies the eligibility conditions below and the account is in good standing.
A refund request is eligible for review only if both of the following conditions are met:
Autocraft offers both BYOK and Autocraft-managed AI plans. The way AI usage is billed depends on the plan you choose.
On a BYOK plan, the Autocraft subscription covers platform access only. Charges assessed directly by the connected AI provider are separate from the Autocraft subscription and cannot be refunded by Autocraft. Requests concerning those provider charges must be directed to the relevant provider.
On an Autocraft-managed AI plan, the subscription may include a limited amount of managed AI usage or credits. These credits are part of the subscribed service and are not represented as cash, stored value, provider-token balances, or independently refundable balances.
We may consider actual platform use, managed-credit consumption, repeated refund requests, fraud indicators, and any mandatory consumer rights when reviewing a discretionary subscription-fee refund.
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations unless required by applicable law, Paddle policy, or mandatory buyer rights:
You may cancel a subscription through the available billing controls or the Paddle flow associated with your transaction.
Cancellation prevents future renewals once the current paid period ends, but it does not automatically reverse or refund a charge that has already been processed.
If you do not want a subscription to renew, you are responsible for cancelling before the next renewal charge is processed, subject to any mandatory cancellation rights provided by applicable law or Paddle policy.
To request a refund, email team@autocraft.sh from the address linked to your account or use the Paddle support or cancellation/refund flow made available for your transaction. Include your subscription email, date of charge, transaction reference if available, and a short explanation of the request.
We may ask for additional information reasonably needed to verify ownership of the account, confirm the transaction, prevent abuse, and determine any rights required by applicable law.
If a request is approved for a Paddle-processed transaction, the refund will be processed through Paddle and normally returned through the original payment method where supported. Processing times after approval depend on Paddle, the payment provider, and the financial institution and may take several business days.
Approval of one refund does not create an entitlement to future refunds. We may review refund history, usage, account standing, fraud signals, and applicable legal requirements when considering later requests.
This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Paddle's applicable buyer terms, and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to the transaction.
Autocraft can only refund amounts collected as part of an Autocraft transaction. On BYOK, provider usage remains a separate transaction between you and the connected AI provider.
BYOK
Refund requests concern the Autocraft subscription charge. Separate provider inference charges remain with the provider.
Managed AI
Included AI credits are part of the subscribed service and do not become a separate cash balance.
Paddle
Approved refunds for Paddle-processed subscriptions are returned through Paddle and the supported original payment method.
Renewal
Cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically reverse a charge that has already been processed.
Refund request
Include the account email, charge date, transaction reference if available, and a concise explanation so the request can be reviewed efficiently.
