This Policy explains subscription billing, refunds, credit usage, and account cancellations.

1. Subscription Billing

Plans renew automatically unless cancelled.

2. Refunds

Refunds are only granted if:

  • You were charged by mistake
  • A technical issue prevented usage
  • You request within 7 days and used less than 20% credits

3. Credits

Credits are non-cash, non-transferable, and reset monthly.
